Forbes 30Under30 spotlights Swiss innovators

Every year, Forbes’ 30under30 list identifies and honors individuals in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) whose initiatives, innovation, and entrepreneurial mindset help solve society and business challenges. The newly published list for the DACH region features 90 personalities from Germany, Switzerland and Austria. This year, Switzerland shines with 23 individuals representing 17 startups and one organizations.

The 2025 companies comprises the following personalities and their ventures

Dalia Goldberger/ 28 Y, CDO, Seniorsatwork — AI-powered job platform connecting organisations with over 80,000 experienced professionals aged 50+ and retirees for flexible roles.

Felix Graule / 29 Y, Co-Founder, Evorest AG — digitizes the Swiss rental deposit process, enabling tenants to invest deposits in low-cost ETFs while offering property managers efficient, fully digital account management.

Marvin Sanginés / 28 Y, Founder, Notus — is a marketing agency that builds AI-powered content engines to help B2B founders and executives create high-performing social media content from calls and podcasts.

Alexandra Allgaier / 27 Y, Co-Founderin, Studyond — developed ThesisNavigator to connect students, universities, and companies for relevant thesis topics, internships, and research projects bridging academia and industry.

Aris Mukherjee / 28 Y, Co-Founder, RTDT Laboratories — develops the Aerosense sensor system and SaaS platform for real-time structural health monitoring, aerodynamic data capture, and performance optimization of wind turbines using AI and physics-based models.

Chiara Koopmans / 25 Y, Ceo, Truvami — develops tiny, flexible end-to-end tracking solutions for seamless indoor/outdoor geolocation of assets, workforce, and livestock in logistics, construction, fleet, and industrial sectors.

Alyssia Kugler / 28 Y, Co-Founder, Startup Nights — Switzerland’s largest annual startup event bringing together more than 7000 attendees, founders, investors, innovators and enthusiasts to explore new technologies, gather fresh insights and network.
